Eevee's genetic code is irregular. It may mutate if it is exposed to radiation from Elemental Stones. This is a little pokemon who can evolve 3 times so you have to trade with your firends to get all 3. if you start the game again and got let's say a Vaporeon. Give it to your brother or someone who you can trust! And then start the game and when you have got your PokeDex catch a little pokemon E.G Lv 2 Rattata Trade it back there you go a Vaporeon on you new game.
